1/12/10 UPDATE:

Charm Medical Supply and the New England Medical and Equipment Dealers Association (NEMED) continue their efforts to defeat proposed Medicaid cuts that Massachusetts’ Division of Health Care and Finance and Policy has proposed.  Charm and NEMED will meet with Terry Dougherty, Interim Medicaid Director for Massachusetts’ Health and Human Services Division, on Friday January 15 to voice their concerns.

12/24/09 UPDATE:

114.3 CMR 22.00
Bulletin: The Division has not adopted the proposed amendments to 114.3 CMR 22.00 that were the subject of the December 16, 2009 public hearing. The Division is currently reviewing the testimony. The amendments will not be effective on January 1, 2010. The effective date will be delayed until a final decision is made on the amendments.
