Charm works closely with your doctor and Medicare, Medicaid and many other insurance carriers, to make sure that you are getting the most from your insurance benefits. We can process all of the insurance billing paperwork, including obtaining doctors’ prescriptions and letters of necessity, submitting paperwork, and tracking renewals.

Supplies covered by insurance are shipped at no charge.

In order to ensure prompt and accurate orders, please be sure of the following:

  • The Information Pack, accessible here, needs to be returned before any deliveries can be made.
  • We need detailed delivery instructions.
  • All deliveries need to be confirmed. You will receive an automated call 7 days prior to the delivery and for the next 3 days until someone answers. If you miss a call, you must call us back to confirm.
  • Notify us immediately if you have a change in: insurance, physician, address or phone number, or any other pertinent information.
